Running from the 19th -21st May 2017, the Seven Seas festival was a free event located at Baiter Park in Poole, Dorset in partnership with Poole Maritime Festival offering world food, music and culture.
A variety of bands, musicians and tribute acts performed across seven stages throughout the three day event. Included in the festival was seven bars, a VIP hospitality tent, kids entertainment, fairground rides, a Ferris wheel and street food from around the world.
I attended on the Friday night. Headed down about 6:30 to catch Black Water County play until 8:00pm, then enjoyed a freshly homemade pizza and a Ferris wheel ride at sunset before joining the crowd at the main stage to watch a Queen tribute band!
Sunday though was the best day. The sun was beaming and the crowds flocked into the festival. I joined my best friend and her parents for a few drinks and snacks in the sun whilst listening to a Ed Sheeran tribute band. A couple of ciders and a burrito later, Legend – A tribute to Bob Marley started and got the crowd reggae dancing until 6:00pm when the festival closed.
Lovely photos Rhea .Looked like you had great time ! Xxx
