In 2012, I visited Australia. The first time I had ever flown on a plane, I made the 23 hour journey across the world to Sydney. I found these pictures whilst going through my old photographs and thought I would add them to my ever-growing blog.
Sydney Harbour Bridge Pylon Lookout is a great alternative for those who are on a budget and unable to walk across the bridge itself. The Pylon Lookout offers panoramic views, including incredible views of the Sydney Opera House for as little as $13.00.
There are 200 stairs to climb to reach the Pylon Lookout and when you reach the top, you will be 87 metres above sea level. On the way up, there are 3 levels of exhibits where you will discover the history on the construction of the world-famous Sydney Harbour Bridge.
The bridge cost 10,057,170 pounds, 7 shillings and 9 pence to build and took 7 years and 356 days to build, staring construction in 1924 and finishing in 1932.
The View
When visiting Sydney, it would be the best $13.00 you will spend, The view from the top is spectacular.
